Gölwein from Falcon

- 2 dl water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 whole caranations
- 4 tbsp honey
- a few drops of fresh lemon
- 2 slices of winter apple
- 2 bottles Falcon Winter brew
- 1 sugar and cinnamon mixture
- 1 orange
First we make the syrup by adding the following into a pot:2 dl of water -1 cinnamon stick -4 whole carnations -4 tbsp honey -A few drops of fresh lemon -2 slices of winter apple (without kernel) -Boil up the syrup and leave for a while, preferably at least 30 minutes. The syrup can be done in advance -Second step is:Prepare the selected glass by wetting the edge of the glass with an orange and then dipping the glasses in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. -Third step is:Strain the syrup and heat in a saucepan and then pour in Falcon Winter brew -The fourth step:
