Mix together flour, sugar, raw sugar, spelled flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Cut butter into smaller pieces and add it. Work quickly together into a dough. Do not mix the dough too much, just so that it goes together.
Then make 12 balls the same size as you place in a muffin tin on a plate and put them in the oven at 200 degrees.
After 6 minutes, take them out of the oven and use a shot glass or other small glass to make a hole in them which you then fill with raspberry jam.
Then put them back in to the oven for 10 minutes before you take them out again. Let them rest for a while then they are ready to eat.
