I got invited to try out the new launch of the restaurant at Hasselbacken, and the name of the restaurant is called 85 and the come from there view on that we should only have around 85 gram of animal protein on the plate to eat more sustainable.
The restaurant has a very old fashion and classic vibe to it, and it looked good.
We had good service throughout the evening from getting seated and until we left.
Since we where at Hasselbacken we had to start with a Hasselbackspotato that was served with Kalix vendace caviar, sour cream, hazelnuts.
Then I tried the Duck croquettes with carrot and ginger dip, sesame seeds, grated foie gras and it was the perfect bite size starter.
Me and my friend then shared on Swedish charcoteries that was a mix of cabbage Salami, Air-cured ham and Coppa.
For the main course I then moved on to Game meatballs with cognac sauce, oyster mushroom, root vegtables purée, pickled cranberries and the meatballs where very good.
And I ended the dinner with Stickytoffee with icecream, , caramellized banana, almonds and it was a good way to end a very nice dinner.
