The culinary Olympics 2020 is between February 14 to February 19 in Stuttgart in Germany. And Junior culinary teams from 22 different nations will join the competition and I got to try out the Swedish junior culinary teams menu for one of the competitions this year. The two things they will be competing in is:
- Restaurant of Nations: a three-course menu for 60 people. The menus will be sold to the visitors in the Restaurant of Nations and served at the table.
- IKA Buffet: a buffet for twelve people. Comprises: cold and warm finger food, a hot main dish, seafood, game and desserts.
The chefs of the Swedish junior culinary team is André Edlund, Olle Broström, Danna Vu, Gustav Leonhardt, Oskar Persson, Pontus Dunström and Alexander Ryderborn.
