Last week I was at a lovely event held by Food & Friends promoting new organic sugar from Dansukker. They have had those products before but now they are going to be made from sugar beets in Europe instead of imported sugar canes from Africa.
And the promote the new products we got invited to a great breakfast where they talked about the products. Their brand ambassador Tea Malmegård was there to present some recipes where we can use the organic sugar to make some sweet treats and I will try some of them out.
But we all got some marzipan at the table, so we all got to try to make our best marzipan Christmas pig because that is one of the recipes that we got. And here you can see my pig:
