Djuret

Tried out Djuret last weekend with a friend and I have to say that I really liked the place. It is a lot of value for your money at this place. They have two different set menus, one if you eat meat and one if you don’t. What is on the menu changes over time and depending on what season it is. You get a nice welcome when you arrive at Djuret. It is a very cozy place with dimmed lighting and even if there are a lot of people eating the sounds level is low so it is easy to have a conversation with the one you are eating with and that is a thing that I like. After you are seated you have the choice to pick what set menu you want and if you want a wine pairing with your meal.  The staff was very service minded and was always to hand if you needed them.

So we started our dinner with some lovely charcuteries and after that we got our first dish that this day was rainbow trout and it was very good and after that we got to try out a rooster, I haven’t eaten a rooster before but I liked my first experience with it. The last dish was fallow deer that was delicious.

To round up a good dinner we finished with some cheese before trying the dessert. The dessert was matched perfect with the rest of the menu and a very good ending to the dinner. It was a lemon mousse in white chocolate with nut praline. It was served with lavender cream, lemon sorbet, crisp moss and meringue.

I can recommend you guys to try it out and I will definitely come back and try another menu in the future
