This restaurant is on the ground floor of the hotel and is very spacious. I got to pick what table I wanted so I picked on close to the windows. The service was good here and I started off by ordering a cheese & charcuterie platter, prefect to start with because I still didn´t know what to pick for my main course with a lot of different good stuff to pick from.
After I was done with the cheese and charcuterie platter I had made up my mind, so I went for a childhood favorite, Swedish Meatballs (Meatballs with almond potato purée, lingonberries, cream sauce and cucumber).
You should always end your dinner with something sweet, so I ordered the Vanilla parfait with strawberries & meringue. It was really good and felt like a very good summer dessert.
