Marc Fosh is located in the old town of Palma in Spain. The restaurant has a Michelin star (2017-04-19) and they focus on clean flavors.
Only been here once for a 3 course lunch in April this year and it was one of the best lunch I had so far. The first thing that gets you is the very light and elegant atmosphere at the restaurant. And as soon as you sit down you get a very good and friendly service. The food was amazing and I was there with my whole family and they loved the food. They change the menu to add seasonal ingredients and during lunchtime they have 2 different setups where you can pick 3 courses or go for the 5 courses. And they have some different starters, main and deserts to pick from so everyone will definitely find something they like.
And you can always check there site marcfosh.com to see what they have on the menu before you go there. But if you like food you will definitely find something on the menu you like. I had a sauted artichokes with prawns, sage, romescu and Mallorcan truffle for a starter. The main was iberian prok with red fruits, potato skins, allium & green asparagus. And the dessert was a rhuibarb with vanilla pancotta & lemongrass-ginger sorbet. Now they have something new on the menu but you can see what we had below.
