Got a nice welcome and showed to my table and started of with their signature GT as a drink before the food.
For starter I had Consommé on deer served with mushrooms and a egg at 63 degrees it was full of flavors and warmed your body from the inside.
For the main dish I picked a delicious rib eye that was cooked together with a Swedish cheese and some mushrooms and the whole thing was served with potatoes and a greenpeppersauce.
For dessert I picked a apple tart that was served with ice cream and caramel sauce flavored with rosemary.
The restaurant what full of people but the sound level was not high at all and that is something I really like in a restaurant, so you can hear your self think and even more important that you can hear what your friends are saying with out having to raise your voice.
The food was great, and I really enjoyed the dessert that both looked good and tasted the same. And the service thru out the night was good to.
