In the beginning of this week I was at a press lunch for Bulleit Bourbon Hot Sauce that is a collaboration with the Danish chef Maria Lulu and Bulleit Bourbon. The sauce will be served at Brisket & Friends during the month of July. If you want to try it out they will serve it with some of their dishes and in a special cocktail called Spicy julep. But if you don´t have the opportunity to go there to try it out you can find the recipe here, so you can make it at home.
During the lunch we got some great wings with the hot sauce but also some very tasty burnt ends that where delicious. And we got to try some Bulleit Bourbon as a perfect ending to a great lunch.
