Was invited to this Melleruds event by Food & Friends where we got to try out the new Mästerpilsner by Melleruds. This one is made by Gustav Leonhardt that bake this years chef in Sweden and he did it togheter with the brewmaster Richard Bengtsson at Spendrups.
The result is an unfiltered under-fermented beer with a scent of citrus and of aromatic bay leaves.
And bay leaves is something that Gustav really enojoys using in the kitchen to everything.
We got to try it togheter with food made by Gustav and we where at the restaurant Agrikultur.
