I got the opertunity to try out Mercurious Corn whisky from Spirit of Hven that is to be released 2019-08-16 in a limited edition. This is a corn whisky composed by Henric Molin who is the Master Distiller at Spirit of Hven.
My notes:
First thing that comes in mind is a sweet and fruity scent with a lot of apple. When it comes to the taste of it, I can get a hint of caramel and that it is made from corn. For the finish I get a fresh feeling that I can’t really put my finger on.
I am a fan of Spirit of Hven since before and this does not disappoint
