I was back to an event at Clarion Stockholm for the opening of of Söders Trädgård which is a newly open garden where they will grow vegetables, herbs and berries and more that they will use in their restaurants and bars.
The garden is taken care of by the regular hotel staff and I like that they are using space that would have been wasted otherwise and I like that when everybody talks about the environment they are doing something. Now the garden is not big, so they can´t grow that much right now it is at least a step in the right direction and you must start somewhere. And during the event they served us some tasty snacks.
This garden can be rented for events with or without food.

- Mint
- Jerusalem artichoke
- Coriander
- Potato
- Corn
- Gooseberry
- quinoa
- Tomato
- Rhubarb
It will be fun to go back here at the end of summer to see what has happened and see how it has grown.
